In your email reply, please provide the answers to the following questions regarding your Internet connection and network:

1. Your current location (city and country) and name of your internet provider.
2. What type of internet connection do you use? (Cable, fibre, DSL, 3G etc.)
3. How do you connect your computer to your network? (Wired, Wi-Fi)
4. Whilst working, would your connection be used for anything else at the same time as ZOOsubs, even on a different computer?
5. If you typically connect to your network using a Wi-Fi connection, do you have the option/ability to wire the computer directly into the router?
